I recently took a kinesiology taping course with Dr Conley and it was the best class I've taken by far! Her energy and knowledge were outstanding and her passion for her work was inspiring! She made me super excited about learning again and I'm looking forward to taking more classes with her as instructor in the future. Her patients are certainly blessed to have her and it's clear she has such a positive impact on people's lives. Thank you again for a great experience!!Jackie M.
As a woman, I always thought that foot pain was just something that I'd have to deal with in the name of fashion. However, the pain was starting to interfere with my training and activities so I decided to go see Dr. Conley. To say she was excited about my case is an understatement! I knew right then that I had come to the right place. I have a pretty severe case of Morton's Neuroma that is usually treated with surgery but she has never once given that as an option. I started with pads and orthotic inserts to manage the pain and exercises to strengthen my feet and glutes. I have a ways to go but I am now able to start incorporating some of the activities I love. Her approach is about listening to her patients, educating them on what is happening and explaining what needs to be done to fix it. It's not always easy (bye-bye cute heels) but absolutely worth it!Erica M.
At 19 years old, I was diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS). After years of debilitating numbness and weakness in my arms, I was told the cure would be to have my first two ribs removed. Unfortunately, I continued to have symptoms for two years following surgery, but now I was also dealing with lymphedema, on top of the weakness. I simply wasn’t getting the help I needed to fully recover….until I met Courtney Conley. She was my absolute lifesaver. During our first visit together, Courtney admitted that she had never worked with someone in my position; but she proved that she was passionate about putting in the time, effort and research in order to help improve my symptoms. She was ready for the challenge and I was ready for the help. To demonstrate how much the TOS and resultant surgery had affected my muscle strength and motor skills, Courtney had me lay on my stomach. With my hands over my head, I was instructed to simply lift them up; such a simple task and yet I was unable to do it. I walked into that first appointment feeling lost, hopeless and overweight; I walked out feeling like I was finally in the right hands and on track to getting my confidence back. It’s been 3 years since I started working with Courtney and today, I’m living a healthy, active life and even able to lift weights – something I didn’t think was possible before crossing paths with her. The confidence she placed in me during my recovery inspired me to put in the effort needed to not only get better but to make her proud. The confidence I have physically has also served to improve my health mentally and emotionally; I cannot express how thankful I am for the positive ways in which she’s affected my life. Courtney went above and beyond to understand what I was going through. She invested her heart and soul into helping me get better and at times, had more faith in me than I had in myself. I was in search of someone to help improve my symptoms; Courtney’s help improved my life. I am forever thankful.Brooke R.
